We are dedicated to the care and education
Our Educational Programs
Our thoughtfully designed curriculum enables teachers to create personalized, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support each child’s growth and readiness at every stage.

Mixed-Age Learning
Learning Together, Growing Together
Our combined classrooms for children ages 2–5 encourage natural peer learning. Younger children gain confidence by observing older peers, while older children strengthen leadership and empathy by modeling positive behaviors.
At CODELA, our mixed-age classrooms, including children with exceptional needs, provide meaningful developmental and social benefits. These inclusive settings promote equity and belonging, allowing all children to learn together in a supportive, developmentally appropriate environment.
This approach fosters acceptance, strengthens social-emotional skills, and encourages respect for individual differences from an early age. Mixed-age and inclusive classrooms also allow educators to individualize instruction and meet each child where they are, supporting school readiness and whole-child growth for every learner.

Inclusive Education
Every Child Belongs
We welcome children of all abilities, including those with exceptional needs, and are committed to creating an environment where diversity is embraced and celebrated. In our classrooms, every child is valued as an individual and supported according to their unique strengths, interests, and developmental stage.
Our inclusive approach ensures that children learn alongside one another in a supportive, developmentally appropriate setting. Through thoughtful guidance, differentiated instruction, and meaningful peer interactions, we create opportunities for all learners to participate, grow, and succeed.
By fostering a culture of acceptance, empathy, and belonging, we help children develop respect for individual differences while building confidence, compassion, and strong social connections within a caring community.
-
Social and Emotional Growth
Building Confidence and Compassion
Through daily interaction in our mixed-age classrooms, children naturally develop empathy, cooperation, and independence. Guided by caring educators, they learn to express their feelings, communicate respectfully, and resolve conflicts in positive and constructive ways.
Our nurturing environment encourages children to take initiative, build friendships, and develop self-confidence as they navigate social experiences. Teachers intentionally support emotional growth through modeling, encouragement, and meaningful conversations that help children understand themselves and others.
These early social and emotional skills form the foundation for resilience, confidence, and lifelong success, both inside and outside the classroom.

Individualized Learning
Supporting Every Child’s Unique Journey
At CODELA, we recognize that each child develops at their own pace and in their own unique way. Our educators thoughtfully observe, assess, and adapt learning experiences to meet children where they are developmentally, honoring their individual strengths, interests, and abilities.
Through differentiated instruction, intentional planning, and ongoing support, we create meaningful opportunities for growth that feel both achievable and engaging. By nurturing confidence and celebrating progress, we guide each child toward school readiness while fostering a lifelong love of learning.
